How jalanwin Collects and Uses Your Data
When you open an account with jalanwin, we collect the information you provide during registration — your name, email address, and the payment method you choose to connect, whether that is ShopeePay, LinkAja, or QRIS. We also collect technical data generated by your session: device type, browser signals, IP address, and in-session activity logs. This data serves three purposes. First, it lets us operate your account correctly — routing wallet transactions, verifying ownership, and keeping your session state consistent across mobile and desktop. Second, it allows us to detect unusual access patterns and flag them before they affect your balance. Third, where local law requires it, we retain transaction records for the period that law specifies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share it only with the payment processors that handle ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS transactions on your behalf, and with technical infrastructure providers operating under data-processing agreements with us. The scope and retention period of data we hold depends on the activity in your account and applicable Indonesian data protection requirements. If you have not used your account for an extended period, we may reduce the data we actively hold to what retention rules require.
-
ShopeePay
Transaction references connected to ShopeePay deposits and withdrawals are stored in your account ledger for the period required by applicable Indonesian financial data rules.
-
LinkAja
LinkAja payment records are processed through a contracted payment gateway. We receive a transaction reference and status; we do not store your full LinkAja credentials.
-
QRIS
QRIS scan-and-pay sessions generate a unique transaction ID logged against your account. This ID is used for reconciliation and support queries related to that transaction.
-
Account Activity
Login timestamps, device identifiers, and session durations are retained to support account recovery and to identify access that does not match your normal usage pattern.
